CoinPuffin compares on-chain, provider and ledger records, flags what doesn't match, and gives your team one place to investigate and resolve it.

Today
Puffin Trace
Chain, provider and ledger evidence for any payment, in one place.
Built around the records your team already keeps · candidate sources for early pilots
How it works
The same records flow through every step, so nobody rebuilds the story from screenshots.

INV-20418 observed 14:02
Chain, provider and ledger side by side, in exact base units, under a named rule.
No ledger record
Trace orders the evidence. The case gets an owner, a deadline and a history.

Puffin Cases
The exceptions CoinPuffin flags most, from a sample workspace over 14 days.
Exception 01 · Ledger
Chain and provider agree. Your ledger has no matching credit yet.
Exception 02 · Amount
The provider settled 12,950.00 USDC. You expected 13,000.00.
Exception 03 · Timing
An expected payment missed its window, with no transfer observed.
Exception 04 · Source
A feed stopped updating, so the state shows Unknown, never a guess.
Exception 05 · Duplicate
Two transfers for one invoice, or one that covers only part of it.
Pricing
Start with a two-week assessment on your own records. Keep going only if it finds what we said it would.
Two weeks on your own authorized exports. You get a documented findings pack.
Continuous matching, an exception queue and evidence workflows on supported integrations.
Multi-source, multi-entity workflows with negotiated operational support.
Early-access pricing in USD. Design partners get a reduced rate in return for feedback. Scope, sources and volume limits are agreed in writing before any connection.
Security model
Operations software, not a wallet or an exchange. It reads the records you permit and never moves funds.
We never hold, move or control funds.
No private keys. No transaction signing.
Connectors read only the sources you approve.
Missing or stale sources show as Unknown or Stale, never as a guess.
One item, start to finish
Follow one sample item, CP-1042, as the same records carry it from the first flag to a closed case.
Chain and provider agree on 2,400.00 USDT, but no matching credit exists in the ledger records imported so far.
Marco R. The 13:40 ledger import failed. Rerunning it now.
Ledger import rerun. The matching credit was found and the item closed under exact-ref v3.
Questions ops teams ask
Does CoinPuffin hold or move our funds?
No. CoinPuffin is read-only and non-custodial.
It never holds keys, signs transactions or moves funds.
Which networks and sources are supported?
Early pilots focus on a small set of networks, with Tron, Ethereum and Base as candidates, plus provider and ledger exports.
We confirm coverage for your setup during the connector review.
Is this an AML or compliance screening tool?
No. CoinPuffin reconciles and investigates your own payment records. It doesn't attribute wallet ownership or score risk.
What happens when a source stops updating?
Records from that source show as Stale or Unconnected, with their last update time.
So your team can tell “no transfer” apart from “we can't see it yet”.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set with design partners during early access, based on the networks, sources and volume involved.
